June 1, 2010 The Saturday 9:00 am kettlebell class will not be meeting this weekend. Steven will be substitute teaching for both the 10:00am Pilates Fundaments & 11:00am Kettlebell classes Sunday, 6/5. Stevens been working on a new kettlebell routine so take advantage of this opportunity.
