June 10, 2010 Come join us and test your endurance as we spike the heart rate, challenge your core, and build muscle in our full body fusion workout. This high intensity class will incorporate pilates, kettlebell, weight training, and cardio bursts.

June 1, 2010 The Saturday 9:00 am kettlebell class will not be meeting this weekend. Steven will be substitute teaching for both the 10:00am Pilates Fundaments & 11:00am Kettlebell classes Sunday, 6/5. Stevens been working on a new kettlebell routine so take advantage of this opportunity.
